Q: Do the QR codes really work?
A: Yes they do! Once you provide the contact information that you wish to appear within your QR code, we permanently encode it into the QR graphic barcode. To read this barcode, simply open your camera app on your smart device, point it at the QR code, and the information should automatically appear.
Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: Our merchandise is printed upon order. No pre-existing inventory stock exists. In general, allow up to 15 business days for your order to arrive. Specific shipping times for domestic and international shipping can be found on our shipping policy page.
Q: Are refunds or cancellations accepted?
A: Refunds: funds are not accepted. Because our products are only created specifically upon being ordered, and because the printed graphics on the products are specifically customized according to the customer's contact information, we are not able to accept returns. At that point, the items are entirely useless to anybody other than the customer.
Cancellations: are not accepted unless and only unless we have not started your order. Please feel free to contact us at support@thotswag.com with any questions or concerns regarding cancellations.
