Refunds & Cancellations


Please be aware that THOTSWAG Clothing does not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds on any items offered for sale in our stores.  All sales are final. 

Garment Care:  By their very nature, garments may lose their colors upon washing or dry cleaning.  Abiding by the care instructions attached to the garment might avoid loss of color or seepage of color into other parts of the garment or onto other garments.  Garment care is the customer’s sole responsibility.  The quality of the fabric or the color of the garment is not warranted by THOTWASG Clothing. 

Size:  Size charts for our garments are individual included inside each product description.  Customers are responsible for referencing sizing before making a purchase to make sure that the item fits them properly. 

Defects:  Upon receipt of order, please contact us within 10 days of receipt to report any issue with your purchase and we will be happy to resolve the issue to the best of our ability. 


Because the items that we sell feature customized graphics that are uniquely customized for the contact information that you provide to us, the products may only be utilized by you and is of no use to anyone else.  

Every single item that we sell in our store is individually customized and specifically made for the customer upon demand.  Our business operates using a print-on-demand business model.  This means that our merchandise is only created and printed upon your purchase – no stock inventory of the product exists beforehand.

For items that are not customized, we are not able to accept returns for hygiene cleanliness purposes.
